You can now configure:

Access these settings from your account preferences or configure them per-link in the link settings panel.

You now have granular control over who sees new documents when they're added to your data room.

New visibility options include:

Create groups to organize visitors by:

Once grouped, you can:

• Grant folder access to entire groups at once
• Send bulk invitations to group members
• Track analytics by group
• Update permissions for all group members simultaneously

Visitor groups are available in data room settings under the new "Groups" tab.

Viewers can now select and copy text from Notion documents shared through Papermark.

This update enables:

• Text selection — highlight and select text naturally
• Copy to clipboard — copy selected text for reference
• Better readability — improved text rendering in the viewer

Note: If you have download restrictions enabled, text selection respects those settings to maintain document security.

When you select a custom domain for your link, we now auto-generate a clean, 10-character alphanumeric slug. No more typing random characters yourself.
